An RMA number is required for ALL warranty returns. Completing the form below will start the process of obtaining a warranty RMA number.
Please note that approved warranty claims will likely require delivering the battery to our warehouse. You may deliver the battery to our warehouse however you choose, either in person or by hiring a shipping carrier. However, we recommend a trackable (and possibly insured) method to deliver the package to our warehouse for your protection. We shall not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
A variety of tests with specialized equipment will determine if the battery is failing due to defect or workmanship. The battery manufacturer warrants only to the original purchaser that this battery is free of defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase and that the charge of the battery has been maintained at or greater than the minimum level considered necessary under industry standards for batteries to perform effectively upon installation.
