ReplacementUPSbattery.com uses United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship our packages. Shipping cost is
based on weight and location. To see your estimated shipping costs, add your item to the cart and proceed
to checkout. Enter your city, state and zip and click "update" and your shipping cost will display.
UPS Orders shipped "ground" will be shipped the same day if received by 12:00pm CST M-F.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will incur additional shipping charges to reship. Please
be sure to include suite numbers and apartment numbers, if applicable. If a returned order is cancelled,
shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you include an email address with your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

satisfied with the quality of our products or you may request to return your un-used order for a full refund.
*Please note that all returned merchandise will be tested and inspected upon receiving. Batteries are individually coded to
ensure quality.
Acceptable Reasons for Return.
• Product is damaged or defective.
• Product is not what you ordered.
• You are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
• You ordered the wrong product.
Conditions for Returns
• Request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• You must call us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product.
• Product must be complete in original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a 100% refund.
• Product must include original packaging for 85% refund.
• Product must be returned within 15 days of the date the RMA is issued.
Amounts of Refund
• 100% price & shipping if damaged, defective, or incorrect-sent items
• 100% price if product quality does not meet your expectations
• 85% price You ordered the wrong product or no longer want or need the product
• 85% or less Returning the product without an RMA and most other reasons for return
• 0% Item was purchased more than 60 days ago, or item received by ReplacementUPSbattery.com more
than 15 days after RMA was issued.
Other Information: All products that are received from us damaged will be replaced at no additional cost to
you. In the event that a product is sent as a replacement but the damaged or defective product is not
returned within 15 days of receiving the return label, you will be charged for the un-returned product without
notice.
RETURN PROCEDURES
To return a product, please follow the steps below:
1. Call us at (952)217-6611 or email us at rma@replacementUPSbattery.com for a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of the original ship date. Please provide the following
information when requesting an RMA:
• Invoice number (found on the invoice included in package)
• Reason for return
• Your name and contact information, including daytime phone number in the event we need to contact you
regarding the return.
2. Verify that the merchandise you are returning meets the Conditions for Returns (see above), including
fully resalable condition (except for defective product).
3. Return the merchandise via UPS, or US Mail insured, with delivery confirmation within 15 days of
receiving RMA. For damaged and defective products we will send you a return label for you to return the
product at no extra cost to you. Products returned, but not received by ReplacementUPSbattery.com are the
sole responsibility of the customer. Use a track-able, and insured shipping method for your own protection.
4. Clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Credits
Credit will be issued after our returns department receives and processes your return. Please allow 10
days from the date of your return for your credit to be issued. Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to be
reflected on your statement. See above (Return Policy) for details about refund amounts.
PAYMENT
Credit Card is recommended to expedite orders. Payment in advance is also available by Personal or
Business Check & Money Order.

Proper disposal of SLA and AGM batteries is very important. Do not throw these items in your trash. Most
cities will accept used batteries for recycling at little or no cost to you. Please see your government listings
in your local yellow pages for a recycling center near you.
Sealed Lead-Acid batteries are 99% recyclable and we all must do our part to keep batteries out of landfills.
